Larry O or "brother" was a great servant for Wexford over the years and got his just rewards in 96, finally winning a coveted All-Ireland medal and being named as Hurler of the Year. Mainly played in the half back line midfield area but popped up in the forwards in the latter end of his playing career, scoring a famous last minute equaliser against Tipperary in the 2001 All-Ireland Semi-Final.
